 An experienced, strategic leader, in the power and utility industry with applied knowledge in program and project management, engineering, construction, and the implementation of solutions for the integration of renewable energy. Managed organizational implementation, systems and process solutions, business transformation and the successful execution of utility and renewable projects.

A native of Puerto Rico, she is a first-generation college graduate who earned a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rowan University and a M.S. Civil Engineering from Drexel University.  Keicha enjoys quality time with her family, doing hands-on projects and participating in her church community.
